I purchased six of there barstools. Assembly looked easy. However, it is only easy if everything aligns. Four different people tried to align the brackets on the stool back to the holes in stool seat. Could not align to insert the screws. Asked for return, the seller was terrible. Sent 6-7 emails trying to explain that the product was defective and get return labels. Finally got return labels after multiple phone calls and email. Now I am told the items will be inspected and the shipping cost (231.00) plus a 10% restocking fee might be deducted from the refund!!! Four people tried to attach these things!!!
